Minimum stay: The quietude of the villa can be enjoyed optimally, if rented for a minimum of 3 days’ stay as a complete property.

Conveyance: Conveyance to and fro from the airport/railway station is available round the clock: that is, AC coaches and taxis, etc. In addition, there is an arrangement of good-quality cars, available round the clock, for the guests.

Staff: With the enthusiastic and cheerful staff that includes a manager and a housekeeper on board, there is absolutely tight security and someone to tend to your needs, 24×7. An ex-Army Honorary Captain, the manager is at your service for contacting chauffeur-driven cars for pick-ups, suggest various useful itineraries, booking boats for an outing, organizing a trip to bird watch, coordinating with the cook to decide what should be ‘on the menu’ …, and everything under the Sun that the guests might need. We have a young housekeeper, who is with us for years and manages the garden, the housekeeping and takes care of the swimming pool and generator facilities. He is also available round the clock for anything! In case of any emergency, they are always in service.

Food needs: We have an exceptional cook, adept at both Goan and Konkani dishes, with good communication skills. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite home-cooked meals. The whole villa is self-catering, as per international requirements [except we do not have a dishwasher as there is a person available for the same!] On offer are complimentary refreshment pack and household packs on arrival! Also available are complimentary breakfast every day and lunch/dinner on request as per requirements of the guests.

UPS-change over support: 100% back-up/no fluctuation in case of power failure on account of the strong base of UPS.

Facilities that stand out: Daily maid service and fresh laundry twice weekly. Fully air conditioned swimming pool with pool towels. The villa also provides bicycles for guests to explore the island and enjoy the trails.
